How do I order?
We restock monthly in small batches. Set a reminder 5 minutes before launch and visit our shop right at release—popular jars can sell out within minutes.
Will this collection return?
Usually no. Most drops are single-batch and exclusive. Keep an eye on new releases to catch your favourites next time.
Shipping & Processing
When will my order ship?
Processing is 3–7 business days due to high order volume and our small team hand-packing each parcel. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your label is created. Orders ship in waves; even launch-day orders may dispatch later in the queue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—worldwide. Import duties/taxes are charged by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Combine / Edit Orders
Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes. Email us with all order numbers by Sunday at midnight (UK time) after restock and we’ll do our best to merge them before dispatch.
I entered the wrong address—help!
Email us ASAP. We can change the address only before a parcel ships. Once in transit, we can’t reroute it.
Kids & Safety
Yes—with adult supervision for children under 6. Slime is temperature-sensitive and may stick to fabric, hair, carpets, and pets. For younger players, start with butter/slay, cloud, cloud crème, or jelly textures—they’re easier to handle. Not edible.
Slime Care (quick tips)
- Wash hands; play on a clean, dry surface.
- Store slime airtight in its jar.
- Too sticky? Use a few drops of activator and knead.
- Too firm? Warm in clean hands; add a tiny bit of unscented lotion.
